Black History Month Program – 2/17

The Church of Christ at Jackson Street will be hosting it’s annual Black History Month Program on February 17, 2024 at 1:00 PM. The theme is “Strong Roots! Amazing Achievements by Black Inventors and Musicians.” Come enjoy free food, songs, skits, a photo booth, and more!

Guest Minister: Julian Webster – 3/24

On Sunday, March 24, 2024, Bro. Julian Webster from the 15th Avenue Church of Christ will be joining us as the guest speaker.

Easter Egg Hunt – 3/31

The congregation will be hosting an Easter Egg Hunt immediately after Morning Worship on March 31, 2024 for the following age groups: 2-4, 5-7, 8-11, & 12-16. Candy donations are being accepted. 

In-Person Bible Study Resumes – 4/3

Wednesday Night In-Person Bible Study is scheduled to return on April 3, 2024. Devotion will be from 6:15 PM – 6:30 PM, with classes from 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM

Guest Speaker Series: POSTPONED

The guest speaker series featuring Dr. Christopher R. Hutson, Associate Dean of the College of Biblical Studies at Abilene Christian University, has been POSTPONED.

Young Adult Professional Development Workshop – 4/13

The Young Adult Ministry is hosting a FREE Professional Development Workshop for young adults on Saturday, April 13, 2024 from 9 AM – 12 Noon. The event will take place in the fellowship hall and breakfast and lunch will be provided. 

Vision Sunday – 4/21

Immediately after Morning Worship on Sunday, April 21, 2024, Bro. Jackson will be sharing the findings from the congregational survey and future plans from the perspective of leadership for the church.

LACE Walk – 4/27

The Ladies Association for Christian Education (LACE) will be hosting their annual LACE Walk on Saturday, April 27, 2024 at the church building. The walk aims to raise funds to support the ministry’s effors. Registration starts at 9:00 AM and the walk will take place from 9:30 AM – 11:00 AM. A light lunch will be served afterwards.
